Planning and appropriate project management aid communication, through the dissemination of information and direction to all concerned, of what is to be done, how it is to be done, the allocation of responsibilities and how progress shall be monitored and controlled. Without effective planning and management, and considerable measurement of progress and retargeting of effort, the success of a complex program cannot be ensured in terms of scope, quality, risk and timescale.
As a Prime Contractor ITG manages all aspects of the projects we direct including but not limited to: contract negotiations; client, contractor and team communications and relations; staff and consultant mobilization; project plan development and implementation, tracking and monitoring; quality assurance, accounting, administration and logistics in accordance with corporate-level project/program guides.

's corporate-level support activities are coordinated through a Project Manager, specifically assigned for each project.
