, Inc. was awarded the Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) contract by the Department of the Army, Southern Region Contracting Command – East. FIRST is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide logistics support to the U.S. Army with a program ceiling of $9 billion for the initial five-year base period.

FIRST team is comprised of 11 accomplished subcontractors including: AIM Partners, PLC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., Beverly Rodriquez Research Corp , Eagle Group International (EGI) , Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS), JANTEC, Inc., Joint Logistics Managers, Inc. (JLMI), Orion Technology, Inc. (Orion), QMI, Inc., Serco NA, and Totalis Consulting Group, Inc.
The FIRST program provides the U.S. Army war-fighter with innovative and responsive logistics support necessary to meet evolving mission needs. Multiple Army organizations and commands are serviced by this contract vehicle. Some of these organizations include: U.S. Army Sustainment Command in Rock Island, Ill, operations worldwide; U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), Ft. McPherson, Ga., with locations nationwide; Installation Management Agency (IMA), at multiple locations nationwide; and U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) in Ft. McPherson, Ga., with operations across the United States and overseas. The FIRST contract vehicle can also be used by other Army and DoD agencies.
