ULLS-G Operator/Supervisor Course (OS-ULG): This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to unit Prescribed Load List/The Army Maintenance Management System (PLL/TAMMS) clerks, supervisors, technicians, and STAMIS operators in ULLS-G automated procedures and in accessing and using electronic information. The ULLS-G training includes, but is not limited to request processes; parts receipt and status processing; operational and maintenance processes; equipment operator records; equipment data update; equipment data reports; maintenance support, Document Control Register (DCR) management; Prescribed Load List (PLL) management; Army Materiel Status System (AMSS); and interactive multimedia training. Students will also identify, access, and use a variety of publications from the Army Electronic Library.

ULLS-S4 Operator/Supervisor Course (OS-ULS): This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to unit supply clerks and supervisors in ULLS-S4 automated supply procedures and policies. The ULLS-S4 training includes, but is not limited to system security; unit parameters; system utilities; supply request processes; unit load management; automated hand receipts; automated component listings; government simplified acquisition procedures through the Government IMPAC card use, and multimedia training.

PBUSE-Unit Operator/Supervisor Course (OS-PBU):  This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to unit supply clerks and supervisors in the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) automated supply procedures and policies. THE PBUSE –Unit level training includes, but is not limited to system security; unit parameters; system utilities; supply request processes; unit load management; automated hand receipts; automated component listings; data replications and synchronizations; operation modes, stand-alone or enterprise; and multimedia training.  

SAAS-MOD Operator Supervisor Course (OS-SMD): This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to ammunition specialists and operators of the Standard Army Ammunition System – Modernization (SAAS-MOD).  The SAAS-MOD training includes, but is not limited to user management; inventory management; reports management; forecast planning; and data transmission to higher echelons.  

SAMS-1 Operator/Supervisor Course (OS-SM1): This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to operators and supervisors performing duties at a maintenance direct support unit.  The SAMS-1 training includes, but is not limited to standard management policies, procedures, and methods; logistics readiness; work order processing; tasks management; man-hour accounting; bench stock management; requests for issue; reports management; data communications to higher and from lower; and ad hoc reporting.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the supply and maintenance management material obtained by participating in course OS-ULG.

 SARSS-1 Operator Supervisor Course (OS-SA1): This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to personnel assigned at a supply direct support unit (DSU) or a supply support activity (SSA) operating the Standard Army Supply System level 1 (SARSS-1) logistics automation system and accessing or processing its information.  The SARSS-1 training includes, but is not limited to SSA layout and overview; system and users configuration; systems interface; master files and data files management; DODAAF management; communications parameters and configuration; TRANS-IN; customer interface; Materiel Release Order Control (MROC); Automated Manifest System (AMS) hardware; receipts process; Personal Data Collection Device (PDCD) usage; warehouse operations, inventory process, close-out/trans-out process, and research and problem solving.  Students will also become familiar with several tools used to access SARSS-1 data.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the supply and maintenance management material obtained by participating in course OS-ULG.  

SPBS-R Operator/Supervisor Course (OS-SPR):  This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to personnel assign property accountability responsibilities and using the Standard Property Book System–Redesigned (SPBS-R) to perform such duties.  The SPBS-R training includes, but is not limited to code tables management; serial number tracking and registration; property book transactions; MILSTRIP; and interface with ULLS-S4.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the supply and maintenance management material obtained by participating in course OS-ULS.  

PBUSE-S4 Operator/Supervisor Course (OS-PBS): This operator/supervisor level course provides initial and job enhancement training to unit supply clerks and supervisors in the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) automated supply procedures and policies, as used for property accountability.  This PBUSE-S4 training includes, but is not limited to system security; unit parameters; system utilities; supply request processes; unit load management; automated hand receipts; automated component listings; replications and data synchronizations; code tables; serial number tracking and registration; property book transactions; MILSTRIP; PBUSE interface with other applications; and operation modes, stand-alone or enterprise.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the supply and maintenance management material obtained by participating in course OS-ULG or US-SPR.  

Logistics Automation Overview (OS-LAO):  This operator/supervisor level course provides a detailed overview to personnel assigned in logistics position of where logistics data will be handled.  This Logistics Automation Overview training covers the purpose of each legacy logistics STAMIS deployed and their interface.  The course is designed to familiarize leaders with logistics STAMIS, STAMIS output products, and overall STAMIS capabilities.  Individual topics include interface media, security, maintenance, multi-class supply, property accountability, logistics planning, budget, sage data inquiry (SDI) and readiness reporting through the Army Materiel Status System (AMSS).  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of supply and maintenance management terminology and doctrine.  

SARSS-1 Manager Course (MA-SA1):  This management level course provides participants with a general understanding of SARSS-1 automated procedures, as well as the access and use of the data processed.  This SARSS-1 for Managers training includes, but is not limited to and overview of the data flow from lower and to higher; user parameters; single stock fund; system and hardware configuration; communications processing; deployment and redeployment procedures; inventory, retention, and retrograde management; warehouse operations; financial management; transportation and reports management; and performance metrics.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of supply and maintenance management terminology and doctrine.  

Logistics Visibility Tools (MA-LVT):  This management level course provides participants with a detailed overview of several web-enabled tools that allows visibility to the SARSS-1 data; special emphasis will be placed on tools such as JLWI, ILAP, and ITV.  The adequate use of these tools and the management of the data, as well as the role of the item managers in expediting the flow of resources will be covered.  The Logistics Visibility Tool course will also cover advanced analytical training to managers and users with combat service support duties by analyzing supply, maintenance, and financial data.  Participants will learn how to configure queries; will review basic functions and features; conduct analyses using advanced Multiple Line Edit, filters; and Dynamic Query techniques.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of supply and maintenance management terminology and doctrine, as well as a good understanding of the legacy logistics STAMIS.  

Logistics Automation Executive Seminar (EX-LAS):  This executive level course provides participants with a high-level overview of the different legacy STAMIS and their interaction.  It also presents the challenges faced in their deployment and the new generation of enterprise STAMIS.  The vision from the US Army’s G4, as implemented by the PM-LIS, the DOD joint logistics automation initiatives, as well as the Army’s 2010 and 2020 logistics automation vision will be presented.  Prior to starting the seminar, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of supply and maintenance management terminology and doctrine.  

SARSS-1 Executive Seminar (EX-SA1):  This executive level course provides a high-level overview of the interface between SARSS-1 and other STAMIS, to include STANFINS; especial emphasis is given to the Army’s Single Stock Fund.  This course also covers standard metrics and performance benchmarks, as well as key reports.  Prior to starting the seminar, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of supply and maintenance management terminology and doctrine.  

Logistics Automation Support – CSSAMO (TEC-LAS):  This technical course provides job enhancement training to logistics system support personnel.  The content of this course includes familiarization and overview of the systems logistics systems deployed and the interrelationship among them; MS-DOS operating system and MS-DOS commands; an overview of Adasage and the naming convention; Sage Database Inquiry (SDI) commands and corrective measures; system preventive maintenance; communications settings; system/data initial load and file restoration; hard drive partitions; load of FEDLog interactive; and a detailed hands-on analysis of general troubleshooting procedures and solutions procedures.  This course combines lectures with practical exercises and problem solving sessions.   Participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the supply and maintenance systems, knowledge obtained by participating in course OS-LAO.

Logistics Automation Communications (TEC-LAC): This technical course provides enhancement training to logistics support personnel.  The content of this course includes familiarization with the different communications peripherals, applications, and protocols used with the logistics STAMIS, e.g. CAISI, VSAT, FTP, LAN, NIPR.  The configuration, file format, and processes will be covered.  Participants will have hands-on experience in all aspects of the communications spectrum.  Prior to starting the course, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the supply and maintenance systems, knowledge obtained by participating in course OS-LAO.
